Free of charge, cancel your stay and benefit from a credit note valid over a period of 18 months.

Cancel my stay and get a refund

In which case can I use the COVID-19 GUARANTEE ?

The COVID-19 GUARANTEE is part of our CANCELLATION OPTION and can only be taken out at the time of booking. It is not included in the price, it is optional and amounts to 5% of the total amount of your stay.

The COVID-19 GUARANTEE can be used in the following cases; all related to the Covid-19 health crisis :

  • You or one of the participants listed on your reservation contract is affected by the coronavirus on the dates of your stay.
  • You live in a region where travel or confinement restrictions are in place on the dates of your stay.
  • The borders between your region and your destination are closed due to the coronavirus on the dates of your stay.
  • Your destination campsite is located in a region where travel or confinement restrictions are in place on the dates of your stay.

If one of the cases mentioned above corresponds to your situation, the COVID-19 GUARANTEE can then be used to modify or cancel your stay up to the day of your arrival.

To modify or cancel your stay in the context of the Covid-19 health crisis, please make the request in writing (email or post) and attach the necessary supporting documents (medical prescription, measures taken by the authorities in your region, etc.). …). Your file will then be processed as soon as possible, you will receive proof of this by email or by post.

When you are affected by one of the cases linked to the Covid-19 health crisis and you wish to cancel your stay in the form of a credit note, we establish a credit note for the sums paid to Bonnes Vacances which will be valid for a period of 18 month on one of our destinations. You will receive proof of this by e-mail or by post.

When you are affected by one of the cases linked to the Covid-19 health crisis and you wish to cancel your stay and be reimbursed, the amount will be equivalent to the sums paid to Bonnes Vacances and will be returned to you after your file has been processed.

If your reservation has been paid in whole or in part with a credit note established during the previous year, the amount of the credit note used may be the subject of another credit note or a refund in the event of cancellation. Only on subscription of the COVID-19 GUARANTEE.

The cancellation option intervenes when the customer is obliged to cancel his stay for a personal or professional reason outside of Covid-19. (serious illness, serious accident, hospitalization, death, etc.) It only works on proof and guarantees you the reimbursement of the sums paid (excluding administration fees if there are, amount of the option and the deductible). An early departure cannot be covered by the cancellation option. The cancellation option can only be taken out at the time of booking.
